Is this safe to use with my freelance account?
Yes. ProfilePro is read-only. It reads a page only when you explicitly click Scan or Generate, it never fills in forms, never clicks buttons, and never submits anything on your behalf. Every proposal is copy-to-clipboard — you paste it yourself, and you can edit it first.
Does ProfilePro guarantee I will rank higher or get hired?
No, and you should be sceptical of any tool that claims otherwise. No third-party tool controls a freelance marketplace's search ranking or a client's hiring decision. ProfilePro helps you present your experience more clearly and respond to briefs faster, which improves your chances — it cannot promise outcomes.
Which browsers are supported?
The extension runs on Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Edge, Brave and Arc. The web dashboard works in any modern browser, including Safari and Firefox.
How does billing work?
The Free plan is genuinely free and does not expire — you get 1 profile scan and 3 proposals every month. Pro is $14.99 per month for 20 scans and 100 proposals, billed monthly, cancel any time. There is no annual plan and no long-term contract.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your counters reset on the first of each calendar month. Until then you can still read every scan and proposal you have already created — nothing is locked away or deleted.
Is my profile data private?
Your profile content is sent to our backend and to the AI model you selected purely to produce your analysis, and it is stored against your account so you can see your history. It is never sold, never shared with other users, and never used to train models. You can export or permanently delete everything from the dashboard at any time.
Do I need to give you my marketplace password?
Never. ProfilePro has no access to your freelance account credentials. The extension only reads the page you are already signed in to and looking at, in your own browser.
Can I edit what the AI writes?
